- Option scales (ABR) lets users brew by volume, mass, or brew ratio to suit their workflow
- The Linea PB can be programmed to enter stand-by mode when not in use
- Dual PID (coffee and steam) allows users to electronically control coffee and steam boiler temperature
- Saturated groups - water never leaves the coffee boiler during the brewing process, ensuring unsurpassed thermal stability, shot after shot
- Insulated boilers reduce energy consumption while contributing to temperature stability
- Separate boilers optimize espresso brewing and steam production
Auto-volumetric (AV)
AV measures the volume of the water passing through the portafilter using a flow meter. Shots are stopped when a pre-set volume of water has been dispensed. This provides consistency based on water volume. Best for shops that prioritize ease of use and reliability for a large volume of shots.
Auto-Brew Ratio (ABR)
ABR measures the weight of the liquid espresso using built-in scales. Shots are stopped when a target weight (or ratio) of liquid espresso has been achieved. This provides greater consistency by automatically adjusting for variations in the coffee dose weight. Best for quality-focused cafes that need maximum control and flavor consistency across different coffees.
